Today we went to the nursing home in Arad and it was just wonderful.  There are about 300 people there and they have upgraded it so very much since we were there almost three years ago.  They actually have a therapy room now.  Still no dining room.  The walls are all painted and art work on them, clean floors and beds...big changes, very big changes.  We are going to three families that Maria and Ghetza help out, in about 30 minutes.  It has been so wonderful to see God working in everyone on the team and all of those that we are visiting.  I feel so very blessed to be here and to be where God wants us to be.

It is about 98 to 100 degrees here... No fans, no air  but!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sunday July 15^th- church service at Emmanuel Covenant Church, Nashua, New Hampshire

Monday July 16^th, 2007 – Leave from Boston, Massachusetts

Tuesday, July 17^th, 2007-

Ø      Arrive in Budapest Hungary 2 P.M.

Ø      Arrive in Romania  - 6-7 P.M.

Wednesday, July 18^th, 2007- Arad, Romania

Ø      Breakfast with host families,

Ø      Meet at the Medreas house in the AM,

Ø      Plan the day and have a short devotional

Ø      Take children from transition home/orphanage to a barbecue (games, Bible stories and crafts)

Ø      Dinner

Ø      Debriefing and scheduling for next day

Thursday, July 19^th, 2007-Petris, Romania

Ø      Meet at the Medreas in the AM

Ø      Leave for the village of Petris (2 hours away).

Ø      Visiting and encouraging poor families

Ø      Bring them food, clothes

Ø      Prepare crafts for children

Ø      Come back to Arad late that evening (lunch will be served at a restaurant in the area)

Friday, July 20^th, 2007 – Arad, Romania

Ø      Breakfast with host families,

Ø      Meet at the Medreas house in the AM,

Ø      Plan the day and have a short devotional

Ø      Prepare packages for Nursing Home (aprox. 250 individuals)

Ø      Visiting and assisting families in Arad ( young man with cancer, older man on dialysis, etc..)

Ø      Dinner at the Medreas

Saturday, July 21^st, 2007 – Arad, Romania

Ø      Visiting the city

Ø      Shopping

Ø      Attend a church wedding

Ø      Possibly doing some outreach and a seminar “Walk thru the Bible” at a local church in Arad (by Bruce Chadbourne)

Ø      Dinner with host families

Sunday, July 22^nd, 2007-Arad, Romania

Ø      Breakfast with host families

Ø      Attend service at Medreas’ home church

Ø      Lunch at the Medreas

Ø      Attend a second service either in Arad or in a village nearby

Ø      Dinner out (maybe ?)

Monday, July, 23^rd, 2007 –Secas, Romania

Ø      Breakfast with host families,

Ø      Meet at the Medreas house in the AM,

Ø      Plan the day and have a short devotional

Ø      Visit and encourage poor families in the village of Secas

Ø      Vacation Bible Study in the village of Secas

Ø      Lunch

Ø      More VBS and crafts with the kids in the village (maybe a “kid” version of Walk Thru the Bible”)

Ø      Dinner back in Arad

Tuesday, July 24^th, 2007 – Zarand, Romania

Ø      Breakfast with host families,

Ø      Meet at the Medreas house in the AM,

Ø      Plan the day and have a short devotional

Ø      ALL day in the village of Zarand…

Ø      Vacation Bible Study in the park with the kids

Ø      Walk thru the Bible

Ø      Lunch in Zarand ( grandma’s house)

Ø      Possible a light project (painting or cleaning).

Ø      Dinner in Zarand

Wednesday, July 25^th, 2007 – Chier & Tarnova, Romania

Ø      Breakfast with host families,

Ø      Meet at the Medreas house in the AM,

Ø      Plan the day and have a short devotional

Ø      Visit and encourage poor families in the village of Chier

Ø      Vacation Bible Study in the village of Chier

Ø      Lunch

Ø      Visit and encourage poor families in the village of Tarnova

Ø      Vacation Bible Study in the village of Tarnova

Ø      Dinner in Arad

Thursday, July 26^th, 2007 –

Ø       Return to the US - Arrive Boston 7:35 P.M. Lufthansa Airlines
